Career History

September 2002 - Present Confidential, London

Freelance IA Consultant

Since leaving Videonetworks in September this year I have been working as a consultant on a freelance basis.

Projects include research, information architecture, interface development and specifications for T-Mobile's extranet messaging service on the Channel Partners (Dixons, Currys etc) web site.

On another project I prepared a creative presentation for the restructuring and design of 'International Roaming' within T-Mobile web site. This part of the site includes database driven contextual commerce, advertising and country information in the promotion of 'Using Your Phone Abroad'. One of my proposed gizmos was an on-line 'Don't make me think' walkthrough for IR set up direct to your phone.

This project has involved persona profiling, heuristic evaluation, task analysis and card sorting. I also presented my findings to T-Mobile on behalf of my client in a workshop environment.
