During my career I have always maintained a philosophy in knowledge sharing and people development.
Often within a company I have brought a wealth of knowledge to existing staff, teaching tricks that improve design, save on computer memory and time.
I can use a broad range of programs and can structure processing to get the best results from graphics and systems.
I have experience training programs such as Macromedia Director and Adobe PhotoShop to advanced level.
I have also lectured in Multimedia Production Techniques at the University of Plymouth.
Usability and IA Training
I can bring new skills to an organisation by running training seminars in Usability and IA. The attendees will be given a presentation within a workshop environment, allowing them to take part in a number of exercises which teach the fundamentals of usability and IA.
Project Based Learning
I am happy to enter an organisation with the sole purpose of shepherding a design team through the usability and IA process of a specific project. Leaving the staff with the knowledge to carry on, having learnt how to apply these fundamental heuristics.
