Working as a full-time trainer both in-house and on-site, I have taught a selection of application programs.
These include Adobe Photoshop to advanced techniques, Macromedia Director to advanced lingo, Shockwave, Internet and Apple Macintosh skills.
In this role my day to day workload included the management and scheduling of courses and freelancers. I also set up rooms for training, installing software and troubleshooting (Apple Macintosh PCs) as well as providing telephone technical help for existing clients.
My role as a trainer also included writing training material and developing bespoke courses for clients as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest software developments.
