Incorporating my previous experience in writing training and CBT materials, I was commissioned the task of providing the documentation used by 3rd parties when preparing graphics and video for the iTV service.
The specifications document was written in a style easily understood by technicians without being too technical.
Some of the in-house wording had to be replaced with those that the layman could understand. This meant rewriting documentation already supplied for internal use.
Designed for print
The specifications document was designed in Quark Xpress and a limited edition distributed to suppliers. The document was designed to be systematically updated when new functionality became available.
