Extranet Application design
Working for Complete New Media my work involved research, information architecture and interface development for T-Mobile's extranet messaging service on the Channel Partners (Dixons, Currys etc.) web site.
Hotmail style messaging
The service included a Hotmail style messaging service with the added features of search and template loading for regular message, bulletin and news flash composition.
In addition, the service included adding and removing recipients, adding attachments and template loading according to privileges for important documents such as Newsflashes and Bulletins.
Working from Use Cases
I developed the screens, dialogue and system architecture from Use Case Models and the client Requirements Specification Document.
Screen design and specifications
Working with the technical architects II presented the navigational flow and wire frames for the screen design.
In each case wrote detailed specifications, including parameters passed between the system and the interface.
